Smart AKIS took an active part on the second nationwide German EIP-Agri Workshop for Operational Groups and innovation brokers, last March 5-6, in Weimar. Titled “EIP-Agri: First half time is over, first results are here!” the workshop gathered Operational Groups of innovative projects from all over Germany, representatives from the EIP, federal ministries, universities, farmers associations, innovation brokers, and farmers.

Smart AKIS was represented by ZALF and DLG, German partners of the network, who had to chance to participate on the discussion about the first period of the funding instrument for Operatoinal Groups in Germany. As part of a marketplace, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the projects and get in contact with various stakeholders. On the second day of the workshop was even more room for discussion.

Smart AKIS led a themed café offered where the Network was introduced and the Smart AKIS Platform services and benefits discusssed with the manifold present stakeholders.
